Summary: Very clean and new boutique. Our room was very small . One of the smallest we have ever stayed in. Parking is offsite and a brisk walk in the dark.

Summary: Great property, love this neighborhood. Walk or bike everywhere. Not far from ‘L’ train to Center City. Lots of nightlife nearby. My only issue was not being able to get local channels on the TV, but I didn’t ask the staff for assistance on this so it’s not their fault. Bar was very nice. I didn’t eat here but the restaurant looked fabulous & upscale. Highly recommend this hotel.
